Monaco paddock fashion 2023
Known as one of the most glamorous, and iconic race weekends. Not only on the calendar for 2023, but in the history of Formula 1. Monaco’s first race was held in 1929 (coming up to 100 years, imagine the celebrations there will be!) The circuit has gained notoriety for hosting the most prestigious parties with an impactful guest list, and being home to many of the drivers, there is no doubt that Monaco is always one of the highly-anticipated races of the year! Sure the racing can be entertaining (thank-you rain) but more so for the celebrity spotting and the paddock fashion! 2023’s weekend did not disappoint, delivering us fans excitement on and off track.
Kareena Kapoor Khan
The actress attended the Grand Prix as a guest of Alfa Romeo Stake team, seen in both of her looks wearing all PUMA, as she is an ambassador for PUMA India. For her first look, she went with a monochromatic set, wearing a PUMA diamond patterned waistcoat style top, matching with a darker toned beige PUMA pant. Her shoes are a gorg beige mule with a Gucci logo , for sunglasses, Kareena went with a chic aviator style.
Her second look
A simple black and white outfit, again from PUMA. AQ classic black blazer paired with a simple black bralette and a pair of classic PUMA logo trousers, finishing off the look with an all black pair of sunglasses and a chunky PUMA sneaker. I love the athleisure vibes, Kareena nailed it!
Lissie Mackintosh
We couldn’t talk about the paddock fashion of Monaco without including everyones fave F1 girl Lissie. As always, F1 content creator and presenter, Lissie gave us LOOKS 🔥 My favourite of her looks from the race weekend has to be the lemon yellow set, consisting of a waist-coat style top and matching trousers, paired with (her iconic) Nike panda dunks. The jewellery from APM Monaco and the peep of lace really elevated her already stunning outfit.
Also, I have to mention another racing queen, Naomi Shiff seen next to Lissie, looking so gorg in a peach blazer and short combo paired with cream knee high boots!
Lissie’s second look
*Insert Nick Jonas saying RED DRESS* After her iconic grid walk interview in Miami with said Jonas Brothers, i’m going with this was for sure a nod to that. Jokes aside, do we need to say more? The strapless, figure hugging maxi dress looks like it was made for her and her Monaco moment ❤️
Carmen Montero Mundt
One of the favourite girlfriends in the F1 paddock, Carmen is known for her classic, chic style. She always looks effortless when attending race weekends with her partner, Mercedes driver George Russell. Carmen’s look for the Monaco event is one of my favourites I have seen her wear! So classy but still fun and appropriate for Monaco. A strapless, linen top from one of my fave Australian stores, DISSH.
Carmens’s second look
Another effortless outfit, a simple white dress, with a v neckline and cut-outs on the sides, paired with a stunning bright green Bottega Veneta bag. She really can do no wrong!
Lewis Hamilton
We all know Lewis loves to bring fashion into the paddock, Monaco was no exception. I am LOVING this Louis Vuitton shirt and pant set he was seen in when arriving to the track on Friday, ahead of FP1. The elevated outfit finished off with pops of colour on the embroidered flowers, made casual with some sneakers and white sunglasses, is a yes from me!
Make it stand out
A bright yellow matching set is what Lewis wore into the paddock on day 3 of the Grand Prix weekend. I love this casual look made stand out in this yellow colour!
Kika Cerqueira Gomes
Another fave wag for her outfits is Kika, girlfriend of Pierre Gasly. For the Monaco race she opted for a cute, feminine dress in a khaki green, with long puff sleeves and a cinched in waist. Paired with small gold hoops, tortoiseshell sunglasses and a tan Gucci Jackie bag, she looked beautiful as always!
Kelly Piquet
Kelly is always looking glam in the paddock. Daughter of 3xworld champion Nelson Piquet and girlfriend of current world champion Max Verstappen, she is no stranger to an F1 paddock. In Monaco, she attended the race with Louis Vuitton, as you can see her outfits are all by the designer. My favourite is the white dress with the iconic LV luggage tag statement.
I could talk for hours about the looks we were served in the Monaco paddock, but i’ll stop there! Undoubtly, one of the best weekends to get some serious fashion inspo from the drivers, their girlfriends and the guest of the paddock!
